Scott Lloyd
 President

Scott Lloyd co-founded Extrakare LLC in 2004 with the vision of creating a respiratory-focused supplier of home medical equipment that offerd innovative, patient-friendly products serving the greater metro-Atlnta area. Lloyd serves as Extrakare's President.

Lloyd serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association for Homecare, Chair of AA Homecare's HME/RT Council and on the Communications Committee of the Georgia Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers.

Prior to founding Extrakare, Lloyd served as the President of Xerox Audio Visual Solutions, one of the nation's premier audio-visual integration firms. Lloyd earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. 
 

 Kevin Godwin
 Vice President

Kevin Godwin co-founded Extrakare LLC in 2004 and applies his operations experience to support Extrakare's goal of providing innovative, patient-friendly products. Godwin serves as Extrakare's Vice President and manages the company's administrative and clinical operations.

Godwin spent 20 years in a progression of operations roles at Xerox Audio Visual Solutions before he left to co-found Extrakare.  During his last seven years with the company, he served as Vice President of Operations and had the additional responsibility of managing the integration process of five business acquisitions.

Godwin earned a B.B.A. in Management from Georgia State University.
