Scott Lloyd
 President

Scott Lloyd is currently the President of Extrakare.  Lloyd co-founded Extrakare in 2004 to create a company to provide a superior level of patient care on a local basis in the Atlanta area.  Lloyd manages all sales and financial operations at Extrakare.

Prior to founding Extrakare, he served as the President of Southern Business Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Global Imaging Systems, Inc.  Southern Business Communications is one of the premier audio-visual integration firms in the nation with operations in eight states throughout the South and Mid-Atlantic.  Southern Business Communications generated revenue in excess of $75,000,000 and employed more than 170 people when Lloyd resigned to manage Extrakare.  Lloyd worked in a number of marketing positions at Star Enterprise (a joint venture between Texaco and Aramco) prior to joining Southern Business Communications.

Lloyd earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. 
 

 Kevin Godwin
 Vice President

Kevin Godwin is currently Vice President of Extrakare.  Godwin co-founded Extrakare in 2004 and applies his operations experience towards the company’s mission of delivering a superior level of patient care on a local basis in the Atlanta area.  Godwin manages all administrative and clinical operations at Extrakare.

Godwin spent 20 years in various operations roles at Southern Business Communications, Inc. before he left to co-found Extrakare.  During his last seven years with the company, he served as Vice President of Operations and had the additional responsibility of managing the integration process of five acquisitions representing nearly $25,000,000 in annualized revenue.

Godwin earned a B.B.A. in Management from Georgia State University.
