process. All applicants must complete a
pre-employment drug screen, a criminal background
search and extensive professional and educational

All full-time employees are eligible to participate
in our benefits program. Benefits include health &
dental insurance, accidental death insurance, paid
vacation and 401k. Employees are eligible for
health insurance no more than 31 days following
their date of employment. Service recognition
awards are presented after each five years of
continuous service. Attire for many positions is
business casual. Certain positions require clinical
or business attire.
